Episode 1 of ‘Halo’ Begins Streaming on Paramount+

Fans of Microsoft’s first party video game franchise ‘Halo’ may want to look at nabbing themselves Paramount+ subscriptions, with Episode 1 of Halo now streaming exclusively via the platform. For those who are Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, you will be able to stream the service through a free 30-day trial of Paramount+ as part of the Perks service. Subscription rates (as of writing) are $8.99 AUD per month on a month-by-month basis.

The Halo television adaptation is pitched as:

A show about characters both heroic and fallible, about having hope against overwhelming odds, and a central question – what are we willing to sacrifice of our humanity to save it?

It joins a number of video game franchises that have received televised adaptations on streaming platforms in recent months and years, such as Netflix-exclusive adaptations of Cuphead and The Witcher.
