After entertaining crowds on the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) Playhouse Theatre stage these past three weeks, the final session of La Soirée’s May 2015 season in Brisbane has come to a close. This follows them selling out of posh / ringside seating, and drawing in sizable crowds for the cheaper option of bleacher seating.
The Olivier Award winning cabaret/burlesque/circus sideshow show is now headed to the Entertainment Centre in Darwin for a similar three week season. Although other events may be scheduled in the meantime, the La Soirée website then lists them performing in London between October 27 2015 and January 17 2016. Therefore, while no stranger to Brisbane or Australia, those who have missed out on seeing them may have to wait a while before another opportunity appears.
