With a notable lack of anime / manga retailers throughout Australia, it is always sad to see another one shut down. OzAnimart have today announced that they will be closing their anime retail shop as of immediately apparently.
The company is now shutting down however, with them deciding to dedicate all their attention to the wholesale side of their business. Cosplay OzAnimart still serve as the Australian distributor for Bushiroad titles such as Cardfight!! Vanguard, Weiss Schwarz and other products such as Force of Will, KMC Sleeves, Blood Energy Drinks, Mana Potions and more.
In an attempt to bring something good out of this rather saddening announcement, they have confirmed their acquisition of Australian rights for Danno Choo’s range of Mirai Products – with plans to announce more information on them in the near future.
