To mark the opening of wishlists on Steam and the RSI website, Cloud Imperium Games has released a fresh trailer for Squadron 42, the single-player campaign set in the universe of the long-in-development Star Citizen. The trailer also comes with a new official release window of Q2 2027, though after many, many development delays, some may not take that window at face value. Players will begin their origin story in the year 2945 as a rookie in the UEE Navy, just as threats both human and alien emerge for you to be a part of resolving.
