Ubisoft has released Rainbow Six Siege Year 11 Season 3, titled Operation Split Fire, introducing a new suite of content including Egyptian Defender Noor, map revisions, operator balancing changes and new competitive and arcade content.
Noor enters the roster with the Horus Lance Launcher, which provides additional counterplay options against shield Operators and supports new defensive strategies. Her primary weapon choices are the Commando-9 and Alda 5.56, while secondary options include the TACOPS 1911 and Bailiff 410. She can also carry barbed wire or a deployable shield for area and plant denial.
The season includes a targeted update for Villa, relocating the less frequently used Living Room and Library objective site to the basement. Permanent changes to the surrounding layout are intended to make the location a more viable objective and expand the available defensive site selections.
Kali and Dokkaebi have received gameplay updates focused on their counterplay and tactical options, while Lion, Echo and Kapkan have also undergone balancing adjustments. Stadium Alpha, Stadium Bravo and House are the latest locations to receive visual overhauls through the Modernised Maps Initiative. The Shooting Range and Tutorials have been visually updated as well.
A new ranked playlist called Legend Division will become available during the middle of the season. Entry will be restricted to players who have reached Champion Rank and completed ShieldGuard Secure Platform verification with two-factor authentication enabled. Operation Split Fire also expands the game’s arcade offerings with a 3v3 mode featuring smaller teams and faster matches. The format builds upon the existing 1v1 mode while retaining the tactical foundations of Rainbow Six Siege.
The new Wasteland Circuit event is scheduled to run from 23 September to 13 October, transforming drones into racers for custom obstacle courses. Doktor’s Curse will then return during the Halloween period with an expanded playable roster that includes Mute, Grim and Hibana.
