The Gothic franchise is set to arrive on modern consoles later this year, with three titles from the series scheduled for release on PlayStation and Xbox Series S and X. These releases will bring the journey of the Nameless Hero to current hardware, allowing players to experience the trilogy in its classic form.
The rollout begins with Gothic Classic, which is scheduled to launch on 28 July 2026. This will be followed by the release of Gothic II Complete Classic on 29 September 2026. The series of ports concludes with Gothic III Classic, arriving on 24 November 2026. Each of the three titles will be available for 29.99 € apiece.
Players who choose to pre-order the Gothic 1 Remake through the official PlayStation or Xbox digital stores, slated to release in early June 2026, will be eligible for a promotional bonus. This offer includes a digital copy of Gothic Classic at no additional cost, which becomes accessible immediately after the pre-order is placed.
