Skybound Entertainment and their Quarter Up development studio, utilised the 2026 Evo Awards to announce the final details for its upcoming fighting game, Invincible VS. The main crux of the presentation was the reveal of Conquest as the 18th and final member of the launch roster. The character’s introduction was accompanied by a gameplay trailer and a 6’8” statue display at the event.
In terms of gameplay, Conquest is designed as an unyielding Striker who focuses on applying pressure to opponents. His abilities include powerful strikes and strategic counter projectiles, alongside a charging punch that builds speed and gains super armour as it moves.
With this addition, the full 18-character launch lineup is confirmed to include Mark Grayson (Invincible), Thula, Bulletproof, Atom Eve, Rex Splode, Omni-Man, Battle Beast, Cecil Stedman, Robot, Monster Girl, Anissa, Lucan, Powerplex, Dupli-Kate, Allen the Alien, Titan, and the original character Ella Mental.
An open beta phase has also been scheduled to provide players with an early look at the title. This beta will be active from 3am AEST on 10 April 2026 and will conclude at 2pm AEST on 12 April 2026. Those who participate can explore Tutorial, Practice, and Ranked modes. The trial features 10 characters and six unique arenas, specifically the Kinetic Chamber, Training Room, Himalayas, Ka-Hor’s Tomb (Day), The Moon, and Hometown Invasion (Night). Additionally, all beta participants will be granted a bonus skin for Omni-Man.
Beyond the initial release, Quarter Up has already outlined the first two downloadable content characters set to arrive in the months following launch.
