Pony Canyon is preparing the anime adaptation of Farming Life in Another World to commencing airing within Japan and streaming worldwide next month. The production team recently utilised a stage event at the PONY CANYON booth during AnimeJapan 2026 to provide a comprehensive update on the upcoming broadcast and share new assets, which is scheduled to begin on 6 April 2026.
The event featured appearances by core voice cast members Atsushi Abe, Shino Shimoji, and Aya Suzaki, alongside a surprise guest appearance by Misaki Kuno. During the presentation, a new key visual was showcased, depicting the established cast members alongside several new characters as they gather around a hot pot. This visual serves as an introduction to several figures joining the series, including Igu, Gordon, Ronana, Domime, Foosh, and Urza.
Accompanying the visual is a second trailer video that highlights the continued slow-life atmosphere of the series. While much of the footage focuses on the routine of harvesting and dining, the trailer also teases more active plot points, such as a martial arts tournament featuring a confrontation between Lu and Tier.
The update also confirmed an expanded voice cast for the new season. Hikaru Midorikawa has been cast as The Demon God, with Rikuya Yasuda playing Jack and Eri Yukimura voicing Morte. Additional roles include Mariko Honda as Bell Forgma, Yasuhiro Mamiya as Gou Forgma, and Fumiya Imai as Kuzden.
International fans will have opportunities to see the new season early during Anime Boston 2026. A North American premiere screening followed by a Q&A with Atsushi Abe and producer Hiromi Sueta is scheduled for 4 April 2026. A separate panel dedicated to the English dub will also take place that same day, featuring voice actors Blake Shepard and Monica Rial.
The series will be available via various streaming platforms globally starting 6 April 2026, including HIDIVE.
