Following its Melbourne season earlier this year, the international tour of Beetlejuice The Musical has begun with a gala red-carpet premiere at Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Arena. Premiering in partnership with Proactiv Entertainment, the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi and Miral, the production follows recent Abu Dhabi seasons of Hamilton and The Lion King as part of producer Michael Cassel Group’s ongoing slate in the region.
The show runs at Etihad Arena, Yas Island, from 21 to 30 November 2025, which will be followed by seasons in Singapore and a return home to Australia with a season at the QPAC Lyric Theatre in Brisbane. The Abu Dhabi engagement also marks Broadway star Andy Karl’s debut in the title role, joining the Australian cast from the production’s Melbourne season.
Producer and CEO Michael Cassel highlighted the swift return to Abu Dhabi and acknowledged the creative teams and partners involved.
