Diablo Immortal is set to commemorate its third anniversary with a series of in-game events and content updates, beginning on 2 June 2025. Blizzard Entertainment is offering a lineup of activities that seek to blend challenging combat, cosmetic rewards, and community celebration, inviting players new and old to take part.
At the centre of the festivities is the Trial of True Evils, a limited-time gauntlet event that pits players against four of the game’s most formidable antagonists—Skarn, the Butcher, Baal, and Diablo himself. These encounters will scale with player level, ensuring a demanding experience regardless of power level. One boss will become available at a time across the event’s duration, leading to a culminating showdown against all four. The event runs from 1 June to 19 June server time and is available to players Level 30 and above.
Participation in the Trial of True Evils comes with exclusive in-game rewards, including Legendary items, Set gear, and a Butchie Familiar Transmog—a pet version of the Butcher that brings a darkly humorous touch to the battlefield.
Additional celebratory rewards include a Baby Butcher Transmog for pets and a new Legendary Gem. The Blood Floe 5-Star Legendary Gem will be distributed between 19 June and 2 July to players Level 30 and above who have linked their Diablo Immortal and Battle.net accounts. This continues the tradition of gem giveaways during anniversary periods.
The Threefold Rebirth event umbrella introduces several time-limited activities across June:
- Third Chime Phantom Gallery & Legendary Gem Trial: From 1 June to 19 June.
- Mirrored Jewels: From 8 June to 14 June.
- Infernal Trials: From 4 June to 2 July, allowing players to earn rewards by participating in challenges like Survivor’s Bane and Fractured Plane.

Several returning events will also appear throughout June, including Hungering Moon, Winds of Fortune, and Conqueror, with others like Shady Stock and All Clans on Deck filling out the schedule.
Balance changes accompany the content rollout, with updates applied to several classes, including the Barbarian, Demon Hunter, Blood Knight, and Monk. These include tweaks to cooldowns, status effect immunity, and skill stacking, aimed at refining gameplay and addressing feedback.
Alongside this, the Battle Pass system receives additional value, with new gem options and selection chests added to both standard and premium tracks. Crafting notifications have also been streamlined with a new dismissal option for alerts from Charsi.
