Pony Canyon has released the second key visual and main trailer for the upcoming theatrical anime Mirage QUEEN Vacances Elegantes, providing a new look at the stylish heist adventure.
Based on the Mirage Queen series by Kaoru Hayamine and K2 Shokai, the film follows the enigmatic Queen, an elusive thief known for always securing their target. Accompanied by partners Joker and RD, Queen soars the skies aboard the airship Troubadour, taking on high-stakes challenges across the globe.
This time, Queen receives a challenge from Satchmo Wilson, the president of Satchmo Corporation, who claims to have received a notice from Queen announcing the theft of his prized jewel, the Imperial Sapphire. However, the situation turns out to be an elaborate trap, as Satchmo seeks revenge for a long-standing grudge. Aware of the setup, Queen and Joker board the luxurious cruise ship Royal Satchmo under disguise, intent on enjoying an “elegant vacation” before making their move. But before they can act, another party attempts to steal the jewel first, and Satchmo’s assassins close in on them.
The film is directed by Shigetaka Ikeda, with a screenplay by Mariko Kunisawa and character designs by Kumiko Kawashima. Moe Hyuga provides the music, while animation production is handled by East Fish Studio. The confirmed Japanese voice cast can be found below:
