The day that Playstation fans around the globe have been waiting for draws near… as the Playstation Conference 2013 held on the 20th February is set to blow the lid off the consoles next-gen console of an unconfirmed name (Although the most commonly thought names are the Playstation 4 and Playstation Orbis). In the build-up to the consoles potential announcement, Sony Computer Entertainment have been releasing daily videos under the “Evolution of Playstation” title – highlighting a new console each day.
With the three big video game consoles covered, SCE have turned to the Playstation Portable (PSP) and more recent Playstation Vita (PS Vita) to be the next focus of attention. Unlike the other three consoles these are portable and have been a considerable competitor on the portable gaming market although their reception has differed between markets.
With potentially one more video in the buildup…. what could be next? Classic Playstation games?
