Wondering why you cannot connect to the PlayStation Network (PSN) on the PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5? Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) it is not something on your end, but instead seemingly a worldwide outage for all users.
The issue was raised approximately 4 hours ago, although no full statement has been made since.
Here’s hoping this is resolved soon so those eager for some weekend gaming (like myself) can dive back into the action.
