Arguably much longer than expected following their acquisition of Activision, Microsoft’s Xbox team has confirmed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III will be headed to the Xbox Game Pass (Ultimate, PC Game Pass, Xbox Game Pass) starting 24 July 2024. This will be the first game in the series to launch on Xbox’s subscription platform, presumably to be followed by all future and perhaps some previous releases in the future.
This release coincides with Season 5 for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III going live.
Featuring a high-octane single player campaign, energetic multiplayer and the series’ first open world Zombies experience, this game offers something for every type of CoD player
The Xbox team has also confirmed that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will also be coming to the Xbox Game Pass service when it launches on 25 October 2024.
