Bandai Namco Entertainment has confirmed the release date for the upcoming Gundam Breaker 4, now confirmed for release on 29 August 2024. The game will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam simultaneously on these days with digital and physical options available. Developed by Crafts & Meister Co., Ltd, this title is the latest installment in their hack and slash series.
Gundam Breaker 4 enables players to engage in combat either solo or with up to two friends in cooperative multiplayer. It builds on its predecessors by expanding the collection of mobile suits and parts available for creating personalized Gunpla models. The game also introduces a new diorama mode for showcasing these models. Players can look forward to enhanced customization options, featuring SD Gundam models, and allows players to modify part sizes and create custom colour presets. Pre-orders are available for the Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate editions on PlayStation and PC, with the Nintendo Switch pre-orders planned for a later date. The Deluxe Edition includes the game’s season pass, a season pass bonus that grants additional Gundam parts and early access to 15 Gunpla parts. The Ultimate Edition expands on this by adding Diorama Packs and bonuses.
Additionally, a Collector Edition is available exclusively through the Bandai Namco Store. This edition features the Ultimate version of the game, a limited edition Gunpla model, a digital soundtrack, and a SteelBook case.
