A new artbook for the Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker expansion pack is due to release this year, ahead of the online game’s incoming expansion pack – Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail – goes live. FINAL FANTASY XIV: ENDWALKER: The Art of Resurrection -Beyond the Veil- is slated to release on 25 June 2024, serving as the second volume in a two part artbook series from Square Enix. It will be released under the company’s Square Enix Manga & Books imprint, and serves as a comprehensive visual compilation, featuring approximately 800 full-colour artworks.
The Art of Resurrection -Beyond the Veil- is a deluxe, large-format volume encompassing a wide array of content up to Patch 6.5. This includes detailed illustrations from notable in-game segments such as Myths of the Realm, Pandæmonium, and Island Sanctuary. The book also sets to offer an extensive deep-dive into the visual aspects of the game, showcasing characters, equipment, dungeons, trials, and more, spread across its vast pages.
Given the prices of these artbooks, I would never buy one for the extra goodies by themselves. However, those who purchase the book will also receive an exclusive in-game item code for the Zodiark Idol minion.
