In attendance at last weeks The Game Awards event, Kojima Productions confirmed that work is underway on Death Stranding 2 (Working Title), to be exclusively available on the PlayStation 5. This will be a sequel to the 2019 PlayStation exclusive game which was later brought across to the PC as a straight port in 2020, and a PlayStation 5 ‘Director’s Cut’ edition in 2021. While there are limited details on what Death Stranding 2 entails at this point in time, a teaser trailer (above) was shared.
Death Stranding 2 is being written, directed and designed by Hideo Kojima, and will feature the motion-capture and voice talents of the likes of Norman Reedus, Léa Seydoux, Elle Fanning, Shioli Kutsuna, and Troy Baker.
Expect to hear more about Death Stranding 2 (Working Title) in the coming months.
