While after Persona 4 the Animation, it is Devil Survivor 2 which is the next “Megami Tensei” game to be receiving a TV anime series…. it is not the only game to be receiving the anime treatment. Originally announced in June this year, Persona 3 (The game which takes place chronologically before Persona 4) is set to receive a movie adaptation at a later date. The movies official website has recently been updated with the following text:

This confirms that the film is set to be released in 2013 which was a highly probable guess, but what is more interesting is that they don’t seem to want to stop at one film and may have more in the works. Of course, where the plot cut-offs will be and how many movies there will be is still unknown.
