Information On The US AND PAL Region Releases Of The Wii U And Its Upcoming Titles From Nintendo Direct

Any amendments posted here are changes made to the international releases or new information. As always, things can change prior to launch.

Release Information

The console will be released on the 30th November 2012 in PAL Regions. US Release is on the 17th November 2012.

While the basic pack remains the same, the Premium Pack will come with a sensor and Nintendo Land alongside previously announced bonuses.

Given there are so many regions to see a release of this game, they have not given any specifics but encourage you to contact your local retailer over the next couple of weeks. US: $299.99 for Basic Pack, $349.99 for Premium Pack.

ZombiU will be receiving a special Limited Edition Premium Edition of the game, which includes the game and a Black console / game controller (Premium Pack contents not mentioned but I would assume this would be the case).

You will be able to use four of the Wii U Pro Controllers at once, and they charge via USB. However they seemed to incate you will only be able to use up to two gamepads at once – possibly dashing my personal hopes of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles U.

The console will be able to show HD visuals both 720p and 1080p
