After several months of slowly revealing tidbits of information and the occasional screenshot, Imageepoch have today released the first trailer for their upcoming release of Toki to Towa (Aka. Time and Eternity / Tokitowa) on the Playstation 3. As our first preview, they give us a bit of everything…. the first half more-so focused on the storyline where on the day of their wedding, the main character is killed and Toki (+ Towa) travel back into the past to stop it from happening. The second half focuses on in-game content, which while the backdrops are rendered in a slight 3D style, character designs and the world itself fits into an anime-esque aesthetic regardless of whether in battle or in cutscene.
I would be interested to see more footage on the previewed battle system, as I am left indifferent to it from the trailer alone.
