Tecmo Koei Games, namely their Omega Force subsidary have just recently released new screenshots for their upcoming release of Dynasty Warriors 7 Empires. A usual installment of each numbered release in the series, the Empires game takes a slight step back from the more storyline oriented main game and focuses on development, conquering and politics of which you have considerable control over. It is also these games which allow you to create custom warriors which you can take control of in battle.
The following screenshots showcase a number of features, of these the most interesting pertain to the Conquest Mode. Rather than give you a map with some menus overlapping them, it seems like they will give you greater control over strategizing and tactics in a war planning room.
The game is due for release in Japan on the 20th September, with English localized releases slated for next year.
