SEGA Europe and SEGA of America have announced that the previously arcade-exclusive light gun classic release of The House of the Dead 4 has made its way to the Playstation Network exclusively and is now available for download for the cost of AUD $12.95. Originally released for arcades in 2005, The House of the Dead 4 added a number of new features to the core light gun action players have come to expect from the series, including hidden rooms that contain score-boosting items and interactive sequences that force players to push away grabby enemies. With an HD conversion worthy of the arcades, new trophies to earn, full PlayStation Move support, and plenty of baddies to shoot, this is one horror story that should be interesting for both fans of the series and newcomers alike.
