Persona 5 the Animation Begins Streaming on AnimeLab with English Dub

Persona 5 the Animation and its first OVA episode has been streamable on Madman Entertainment’s AnimeLab video-on-demand service since the episodes first aired in Japan, with Japanese audio and English subtitles. But for many fans of the video game, we were acquainted to the characters with English voice acting rather than the Japanese. Following a similar announcement made by Funimation Entertainment a few days ago, all episodes of P5A are now available to premium subscribers with an English dub option. You can begin watching all episodes HERE.

Persona 5 the Animation’s English voice cast consists of the video game’s original voice actors, including Xander Mobus as protagonist Ren Amamiya, Max Mittelman as Ryuji Sakamoto, Erika Harlacher as Ann Takamaki, Cassandra Lee Morris as Morganna, Matt Mercer as Yusuke Kitagawa, Cherami Leigh as Makoto Nijima, Xanthe Huynh as Haru Okumura and Robbie Daymond as Goro Akechi.

Persona 5 the Animation Begins Streaming on AnimeLab with English Dub 1

There is no indication that a physical home release will be offered for Persona 5 the Animation in either Australia or New Zealand. A major complication would be that the North American complete collection at this point in time is priced at $398.98 USD (More than $550 AUD), which would make it one of the most expensive anime collections ever offered in the country. But regardless of what is happening behind the scenes, at least there is a way of watching the complete series with the language option of your choice.

AnimeLab is an online anime streaming service managed by Madman Entertainment. It’s accessible only to those residing in Australia and New Zealand and offers a basic service free with video quality, dub and availability timeframe limitations. For those looking for access to no simulcast delays, no ads, full back-catalogue access and high definition video can take advantage of a premium subscription membership for $7.95AUD/month or $79.50AUD/year.
