KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS has announced that the Death Stranding 2: On the Beach Game Premiere will take place on 8 June 2024 at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles. The event, hosted by Geoff Keighley, will feature Hideo Kojima, who will participate in a panel discussion with special guests and present an exclusive live demonstration of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. For those unable to attend in person, the premiere will also be live streamed.
This premiere marks the first stop of the Death Stranding World Strand Tour 2, a series of events in 12 locations worldwide to celebrate the launch of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. Full tour details are accessible via the official tour website.
Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is a continuation of Sam’s story, following his mission of human connection. The game will feature returning cast members Norman Reedus, Léa Seydoux, and Troy Baker, and introduce Elle Fanning, Shioli Kutsuna, and Academy Award-winning film director George Miller to the cast. Hideo Kojima once again teams up with Yoji Shinkawa, who is directing character and mechanical design, while Ludvig Forssell and Kyle Cooper return as musical director and title designer, respectively.
