MangaGamer has announced that pre-orders are now open for Rance 03 – The Fall of Leazas, the latest entry in Alicesoft’s long-running Rance series. The R18+ visual novel will officially launch on March 27, 2025, and those who pre-order will receive a 10% discount off the standard price of $44.95 USD. This version of the game will feature full Japanese voice acting for all main heroines and characters, excluding the protagonist, and will be released without censorship of naughty bits. Nothing has been announced about a slightly more all-ages friendly release being made available.
In Rance 03 – The Fall of Leazas, the Kingdom of Leazas is suddenly attacked by elite forces from Helman, aided by powerful fiends. With the kingdom on the verge of collapse, Princess Lia entrusts her loyal servant to seek out Rance—the rogue adventurer known for his combat prowess and dubious morals. As Rance takes command of the resistance forces, he leads the charge against Helman’s army, employing unconventional tactics and questionable methods to reclaim the kingdom and its captured princess.
This remake includes updated visuals, additional story content, and enhanced gameplay mechanics. Players will navigate dungeons using a card-based system, where encounters, traps, and events are influenced by party composition and skill selection.
