Konami has announced that their back catalogue of classic, early day games in the Yu-Gi-Oh! series will soon be coming to the Nintendo Switch as part of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection.
Being released to commemorate the series’ 25th Anniversary and announced at the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters: The Legend of Duelist QUARTER CENTURY event in Tokyo, this will bring together games that have both been released previously outside of Japan, and those that to-date have only been accessible in Japanese.
As of writing, two titles have been confirmed for the collection with more expected to be announced in the near future. These confirmed games are 2000’s Game Boy Colour exclusive ‘Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 4: Battle of Great Duelists‘ which was only released in Japan, and 2001’s Game Boy Advance exclusive, ‘Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 6: Expert 2‘.
