Developer Hotta Studio together with publisher level Infinite has confirmed that a new simulacrum – Rubilia (aka. Dr. Rubilia) – has been introduced in their open-world MMORPG Tower of Fantasy. While not recruitable as of writing, I would expect to see her be pullable via the in-game gacha soon.
Dr. Rubilia was the former head of the Listener Project, and is once again participating in Grayspace Entity studies, this time in the form of an Abyssant. Very few people know about her future as an Abyssant, as the general public still remembers her only as an exceptional researcher and promising scientist. Rubilia’s chances of returning to normal human society are slim, but with her weapon, Lost Art, Rubilia will be very present in the adventure of Vera, and her debut marks its close.
Tower of Fantasy is now available to download via the game’s official website, Steam and also now via the Epic Games Store for the PC. iOS and Android versions are also available via each platforms respective digital distribution service. A client native to the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 is also in the works, for release later this year.
