Hiro Maekawa, President and CEO of Natsume, expressed enthusiasm about the September launch of “Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos” and the reveal of the pre-order and Limited Edition details:
Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos transports players to the once peaceful and harmonious land of Anthos, which was guarded by the Harvest Goddess and the Harvest Sprites against natural disasters. The tranquility of Anthos was disrupted by a catastrophic volcanic eruption years ago, forcing the protectors to expend their remaining power to save the inhabitants and isolate the villages across the land.
Players are tasked with reviving the Harvest Goddess and the Harvest Sprites and reconnecting the scattered villages of Anthos, using a magic key found in a bottle sent by the Harvest Goddess. Aided by an eccentric inventor friend, Doc Jr., players will utilize Doc’s new and improved Expando-Farm to cultivate land in various locales across Anthos, from snow-capped mountains to picturesque beaches. Through this, you will hopefully be able to revive the Goddess and Sprites, and reconnect all the villages of Anthos with each other once more.
