Life By You Mini Dev Diary Showcases Direct Control Functionality
Sharing their second mini featurette / developer diary for upcoming life simulation game Life by You, Paradox Interactive has shared this short video, focusing on players ability to control their playable characters either via clicking on points in the world, or directly controlling them. Directly Controlling your character is something unusual in games in the life simulation genre, last explored in The Sims 2 on the PS2, Xbox, and Nintendo GameCube - and I remember providing a much more rich playing experience - so great to see that Paradox Tectonic are embracing this approach.
