A surprise omission from the base game of Guilty Gear -Strive- given their popularity, Arc System Works and Bandai Namco Entertainment has today made Bridget playable as part of the game’s second season pass – which is on sale now, or as a standalone purchase.
First featured in 2002’s Guilty Gear XX, Bridget is a very feminine-looking fighter who wears a nuns outfit and attacks with a yo-yo. They are pitched as an “easy-to-pick-up” character, complemented by both long-range attacks kudos of their weapon, and fast movement which helps complement long-range attacks with close-up combat.
Bridget is the first of four characters to be introduced as part of Guilty Gear -Strive-‘s Season Pass 2, the other three to be confirmed at a later date. The season pass will also include Additional Colour Pack #2 for the new fighters once they are available, as well as two brand new battle stages which will be accessible at a later date.
Developed by Arc System Works and published by Arc System Works (in North America) and Bandai Namco Entertainment (EU/ANZ), Guilty Gear -Strive- is now available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Windows PC.
