Comprising of remasters of both Klonoa: Door to Phantomile and Klonoa 2: Lunatea’s Veil, Bandai Namco Entertainment has today released Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and PC (via Steam). A franchise that hasn’t received nearly enough prominence in western markets, this collection is being released to celebrate the series’ 25th Anniversary, offering a graphics revamp, and for some, nostalgic memories of the original games from the 90s.
As mentioned above, Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series features Klonoa: Door to Phantomile and Klonoa 2: Lunatea’s Veil, with an adjustable difficulty level and 2 players co-op option. It can be purchased standalone, or as part of a special bundle which includes a digital artbook, soundtrack, and in game hats and masks for Klonoa to wear on his in-game adventures.
