New updates have come through for Star Citizen in recent days, following the official conclusion of Invictus Flight Week which took up the latter half of May 2022.
Bar Citizen Tour Recommences This Year
While the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in the annual Bar Citizen tours being discontinued, Cloud Imperium Games has confirmed they are kicking off a “Bar Citizen World Tour” in the coming months, giving players the chance to meet with members of the game’s development team outside of CitizenCon, and enjoy some drinks and banter with them.
With tour dates in Los Angeles, Austin, Montreal, Manchester and Frankfurt – you can read more about the event HERE.
May 2022 Monthly Report
Cloud Imperium Games has also shared their in-depth monthly report for Star Citizen, covering the activities of each studios, their areas of focus, and key milestones. You can read more about their work HERE.
Anvil Legionnaire Q&A
Made available as part of a Concept Sale in the early days of Invictus Launch Week, what exactly does the Anvil Legionnaire entail? While it is obvious that some vetting progress would have been done with the questions, the Star Citizen development team has responded to some of the community voted questions asked about the ship. You can read the full Q&A HERE, although let me say, that those hoping to take to the skies in this craft for long periods of time may be disappointed.
Does the Legionnaire have crew facilities (beds, storage, kitchen, toilet, etc.)?
No. The ship is designed to complete a mission and return to base, not stay out for extended durations.
