While I would always advocate for gamers purchasing physical copies of games, this is one of the exceptions to that. After announcing last month their need to revise the United Kingdom physical release date of Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- The Prophecy of the Throne until mid-February, Spike Chunsoft and Numskull Games has announced an additional delay.
The game will now be available on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 physically from 5 March 2021.
The reasoning provided for this delay is that it is:
Due to the continuing challenges with the changes in the import process due to Brexit and slowdown in the logistics side as the major snowstorm hits across European regions
Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- The Prophecy of the Throne is now available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.
