Limited Run Games Announce 30+ Titles to Receive Physical Releases

With the prevalence of digital distribution platforms on every major console and gaming platform on the market, any independent developer has the option to forgo costly physical manufacturing costs and instead release their newest creation as a digital-exclusive. While in most contexts this is a fantastic option, how does one appease their mega fans who would love something to showcase on their shelf? Or perhaps would much rather have a disc in their hands rather than a digital download? Limited Run Games is one such publisher which makes this possible, by arranging limited print runs of games that might only be available digitally otherwise.

During a livestream earlier today, the Limited Run Games team confirmed that over thirty video games across the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation Vita and *gasp* Gameboy Color are planned for the coming months. Some of these, such as the ones for Kunai and Ys Origin can be pre-ordered right now, while others should be expected over the coming days, weeks and months.

A full list of announced games can be found below. Do note that this list covers a mixture of titles that Limited Run Games are managing through their distribution line on behalf of publishers, while others will form part of the more limited numbered release line.
