While there are still several months remaining until 7th Dragon III Code: VFD’s July 12 release date in North America, SEGA have opted to provide a sneak peek at the art book being created for the dungeon-crawling RPG. This book will be available with pre-order and day one editions of the game, and in its final form will come in at a small 28-pages.
Despite its small size, this book seeks to be “chock full of amazing design-work”, and will include the designs of character designer Miwa Shirow. It will include artwork of the different character classes, enemies, environments and more. You can view the sneak peek of the book above.
Despite being fairly far into the wider 7th Dragon franchise, 7th Dragon III Code: VFD is currently the only game in the series to be available in western markets. Available exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS, it will launch in North America on July 12th 2016. No PAL region release has been announced as of writing. It would however be a shame if European / Australian markets did miss out on this title, especially considering that unlike other platforms, the Nintendo 3DS is still not region unlocked.
