Idea Factory International have today confirmed their launch of Megadimension Neptunia VII exclusively on the PlayStation 4 in North American markets. Following a number of spin-offs and ports these past few years, this latest release serves as a main successor to Hyperdimension Neptunia (2010), Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2 (2011) and Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory (2012). The game will be available in PAL markets starting next Friday (February 12th).
This instalment features three world to save alongside three stories to play. This is in addition to a new transformation mode, battle system improvements and more. I am currently in the middle of my playtesting of Megadimension Neptunia VII, and hope to have a review out soon.
To coincide with this launch, Idea Factory International have confirmed that they are offering several pieces of launch day DLC. Right now you can download the Original Japanese Voiceover set (Free), Histy’s Item Trial Set (Free), Histy’s Item Beginner Set (Free) and the Nightwear Costume Pack ($2.75). More DLC is set to be made available weekly.
