Next month is set to be a big milestone for The Sims franchise, with February 4th 2015 serving as the franchise’s 15th anniversary. To celebrate fifteen years in the gaming industry, Electronic Arts and Maxis have announced that The Sims 4 will be available via Origin Game Time for a limited time.
This means that between 23rd Jan 2015 (12AM GMT) and 2nd Feb 2015 (6PM GMT), players will be able to download The Sims 4 to their Origin Game Library and receive a complementary 48 hour free trial of the game.
Origin Game Time is a trial service which grants players full access to select Electronic Arts games for a limited time. In addition to The Sims 4, the service also currently supports Battlefield 4, Titanfall and Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. All games currently under Origin Game Time have 48 hour trials associated with them.
