There are only a few days to go until the anticipated remake of the Gameboy Advance’s Pokemon Ruby (Pokemon Omega Ruby) and Pokemon Sapphire (Pokemon Alpha Sapphire) hits store shelves worldwide. To promote the impending launch, The Pokemon Company in Japan have shared a new four minute animated feature to promote the game.
While not showcasing any gameplay directly, the video does highlight the male and female protagonists, some of the Pokemon, select plot events and gameplay elements you will be able to take advantage of once you pick yourself up a copy. The video itself was produced by OLM Inc, who has been responsible for the Pokemon anime since 1997 and its “Origins” OVA adaptation in 2013.
Exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS, Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire is set to hit store shelves starting November 21st 2014. The notable exception to this is Europe which will have to wait an extra week for whatever unfortunate reason.
