After a significant delay, ATLUS are finally set to release the Nintendo 3DS port of Devil Survivor 2 on January 29th 2015 in Japan. Being published under the title Devil Survivor 2: Break Record, this edition includes many of the features found in the Overclocked edition of Devil Survivor including: a brand new chapter, voice acting, a new casual mode for those not keen on the game’s considerable challenge and more.
The company have released four new Japanese trailers for the game, each focusing on different aspects found in the game – from a video highlighting key events from main / after-story chapters to one detailing the obligatory Megami Tensei style demon summoning systems.
ATLUS USA have not announced any plans to release Devil Survivor 2: Break Record outside of Japan, however do hold the North American rights for its original DS edition. Ghostlight hold similar rights in Europe/Australia/New Zealand.
