Half a month after Ubisoft announced an Autumn 2014 delay of Watch_Dogs, the development team behind South Park: The Stick of Truth have had to announce a delay of the multiplatform game until the 6th March 2014.
“We always wanted the game to feel like you’re actually in an episode of South Park” says Matt Stone and Trey Parker “Getting the game up to the crappy standards of the show has been a real challenge and we’re excited to say it’s taken way longer than we thought it would.”.
It is disappointing to see that Ubisoft have had to delay two of their much anticipated titles before the Christmas rush. But with high expectations of any game from the gaming community, let’s hope that this delay results in the game that South Park fans have been wanting and waiting for since it was first announced by Obsidian Entertainment back in 2011.
