Upon concluding their funding campaign through Kickstarter, the upcoming Android-built games console Ouya had received a pledged total of $8,596,474 – well exceeding their goal of only $950,000.
You might be wondering when (if you did not pledge during the campaign) you will be able to pop off to a store and purchase it or otherwise pre-order it. The games official website has recently listed that the console is set to be released in June 2013 with an Ouya Console with Controller going for just $99.99 and additional controllers at $49.99. If you do not feel like ordering through the official WEB STORE, they have also listed that pre-orders and purchases should be made available through each Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop and Target stores.
