More than a year after launch of The Idolm@ster 2 on the Playstation 3, Namco Bandai in Japan have yet to stop their releases of DLC costumes, accessories and songs for the game. This time around, the extend costume and accessories are focused on the Halloween theme.
At a price of 1,500 yen, the Extend Costume is titled “Halloween Trick” and is complemented by four accessories “Monster Bolt”, “Ghost Wobbling”, “Revolting Puppet” and “Pumpkin Garter” which you can purchase for 300 yen each or in an accessory pack for 980 yen. As always they also throw in an additional three costumes based on the games three primary costume types – Floral, Luxury and Starry for 750 yen each or 1,980 yen as part of a set.
Moving away from the Halloween theme, there is a single additional song “To Cast a Spell!” that can be picked up for 1,200 yen and for purchasing the complete set you can obtain a pair of Blue Bird Wings.
If you own the Playstation 3 version of the game, you will be able to pick yourself up this DLC from the 1st November 2012. In other news for the series, the three Playstation Portable releases of The Idolm@ster: Shiny Festa have been released in Japan.
