Did you put your name down to express your interest in accessing the pre-sale for Disney Theatrical Productions’ Brisbane Season of Frozen the Musical at QPAC? If so, you may want to check your emails, as the pre-sale is set to go live tomorrow, and you will require your dedicated pre-sale link included in the email you would have received. The pre-sale will go live at 9am (AEST) tomorrow, Tuesday 9 November 2021 and run until 11.59pm (AEST) on Thursday 11 November 2021.
The pre-sale will cover all performances from the first preview on 10 February 2022 until 17 April 2022. This does not mean that the season is ending on this date, but that has yet to be confirmed. Historically, seasons from Disney Theatrical Productions have run at QPAC for 3-4 months, granted, everything is up in the air post-COVID.
In the pre-sale notification, Disney confirmed that they will be paying for booking fees and will be offering flexible exchanges.
