Those who have been following the upcoming Australian production of Matilda the Musical may be interested to know that the production team are teasing a new announcement for later on today.
Complemented with an image showing a van featuring the Matilda the Musical logo, it seems to indicate that they may be announcing additional legs of the musicals tour – which is currently limited to the Lyric Theatre in Sydney. They are asking all fans to keep an eye on their official Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages today for more information – although The Otaku’s Study should be featuring any announcement made later on today as well.
It is also possible they will be announcing their full cast, following the announcement of Marika Aubrey as Mrs Wormwood, Daniel Frederiksen as Mr Wormwood, Elise McCann as Miss Honey and James Millar as Miss Trunchbull last month.
