LIFESHIFTFIRE! Eurobeat Track Debuts for JDM: Japanese Drift Master Ahead of May Release

Polish publisher Gaming Factory has announced the official release of LIFESHIFTFIRE!, an original Eurobeat track composed by Kamil Hasselhoff, Naski, and Marga for the upcoming racing title JDM: Japanese Drift Master. The high-energy song debuted during the Future Games Show, where it accompanied the game’s latest trailer, aiming to celebrate the long-standing connection between Eurobeat and drifting culture.

Set to release on 21 May 2025 for PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store, JDM: Japanese Drift Master is a narrative-driven, single-player racing experience developed in Unreal Engine 5. The game sets out to combine authentic street racing with story elements and features a customisable in-game radio system spanning genres such as Eurobeat, EDM, J-Rock, and Nu Metal to match the adrenaline of each drift.

JDM: Japanese Drift Master follows the journey of Touma, a Polish driver seeking to rise through Japan’s underground street racing scene. Players will experience his story through in-game events and manga-style panels illustrated by the studio’s in-house art team. As the story unfolds, players will encounter rival racers, personal challenges, and moments of drama and romance.

The game includes licensed vehicles from manufacturers such as Nissan, Mazda, and Subaru, all of which can be upgraded and tuned to suit individual driving styles — whether for drifting, grip racing, or a balanced setup. With a hybrid simcade approach, the game blends realistic physics with accessible gameplay. Full support for a range of sim racing hardware, alongside comprehensive key binding and controller compatibility, will be available at launch.
