VIZ Media Announce Seven New Manga Acquisitions for 2016 Release

Just like Yen Press, the team at North American manga publisher Viz Media attended New York Comic Con with a sizable number of acquisition announcements to make. In total, the company announced seven new titles, which will be published under their Shonen Jump, Shonen Jump Advanced, Viz Media and Shojo Beats imprints. These series cover a number of different genres, and are all set to have their first volumes arrive on store shelves sometime in 2016.

We are super excited to expand our shonen and shojo publishing catalogs next year with these new titles. Manga readers will want to jump into the assortment of fantasy, action/adventure, shojo romance and sports-themed releases we have planned for 2016. Stay tuned as we release additional information on each of these new series as the respective launch dates draw closer.

7th Garden | Summer 2016 | ‘T+’ for Older Teens
