Fans of the long-running Naruto anime franchise have much to look forward to this month, with Australian anime publisher Madman Entertainment confirming that this month will be Naruto-vember on their AnimeLab video-on-demand streaming service. What does this mean exactly?
While the streaming service already hosts a large swath of episodes in the series, including all TV episodes, it is lacking a number of the feature films which have (to date) only been available via home video formats. Naruto-vember changes this, with all movies to be rolled out to the service incrementally over the next few weekends.
This weekend kicks things off, with Naruto The Movie 3: Guardians Of The Crescent Moon Kingdom (2006), Naruto Shippuden The Movie (2007), and Naruto Shippuden The Movie 2: Bonds (2008) now available to stream via AnimeLab. Each of the films are available with both its original Japanese voice acting and English dub audio tracks. However, they are only available at this time to paid premium subscribers regardless of video quality or audio language.
