International visual novel publisher MangaGamer have announced that pre-orders for the all-ages (15+) visual novel A Kiss For The Petals: Remembering How We Met are now open via their official online store and Steam. The visual novel is set to launch on both platforms beginning September 25th 2015.
Originally developed by St. Michaels, this is a yuri romance visual novel based in the A Kiss for the Petals franchise. This is also the first title in the franchise to be released internationally by MangaGamer. It tells the story of Risa and Meiya’s budding romance at St. Michael’s Girls School. Although the pair start out as bitter rivals, their relationship eventually softens into something more tender.
As this is an All-Ages title, there is no heavy sexual content present. You can see a few pieces of sample CG artwork below, to give you an idea of what to expect should you purchase this release.
A Kiss For The Petals: Remembering How We Met features the original Japanese dub, and is priced at just $7.95 USD. Those who pre-order via the MangaGamer website can pick this title up for $7.15 USD.
Official Synopsis
The season is fall… as the uniforms transition from summer to winter garments, Risa suddenly has a pang of nostalgia. It was this very uniform she was wearing on her first day at St. Michael’s… The day she met her future girlfriend Miya.
Now the two of them share a passionate life as a couple living in Risa’s apartment, but there was a time in their relationship when the very sight of one another would be enough to set off an endless bout of arguing. From Risa’s point of view, it all started with her just trying to get Miya to come to class…
And even now with the two of them going out, the chronically truant girl has failed to mend her ways.
Remembering those days elicits a faint laugh from Risa. Sitting alongside her, Miya reacts to Risa’s sudden outburst with a puzzled expression.
