Following the visual novel’s surprising Xbox One exclusive release in Japan last year, 5pb have confirmed that the latest instalment in their Science Adventure series, Chaos;Child, is being ported over to the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
This title will be available starting June 25th 2015 in Japan, with the price of both the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 edition starting at 7,000 yen, with the cheaper PS Vita set starting at 6,000 yen. As with many PlayStation titles, these will be available via digital and retail channels, with a physical set being slightly more expensive.
A majority of the content present in the Xbox One version will be available in the new port, with no indication of any extra goodies. That being said, it will come with a brand new opening theme.
Similar to the recently announced Steins;Gate 0, an anime adaptation is also in the works for release at an unspecified date. No international release plans for the visual novel or anime have been confirmed as of this post.
