International visual novel publisher MangaGamer have recently issued an announcement that their anticipated “translation correction patch” for World End Economica Episode 1 is now available for download. This patch will reportedly contain many corrections to the original translation in addition to fixing several minor bugs that were present in the original release.
To download this update, you can either pick it up via the product page OR download it HERE. No update installer is necessary, and all you need to do is extract the archive and copy / cut / click-and-drag the two files into the folder.
In other news for the visual novel, MangaGamer have recently put the first episode up on the Steam Greenlight service, meaning that if it is one of the few that passes the rigorous community vote, it will be available for purchase via the Steam store in addition to the MangaGamer online store and other similar digital outlets.
World End Economica is a multi-part visual novel series produced by doujin circle Spicy Tails and penned by Isuna Hasekura who was the driving force behind the Spice and Wolf media franchise.
